MOCA House / National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Wayne and Holmes Counties

The MOCA (Motivating Optimistic Caring Accepting) House Program is dedicated to reducing the isolation of people with mental illness. Through peer support, educational services, social and recreational activities, advocacy, and community involvement, people are encouraged, challenged, and develop hope for recovery.

MOCA House Recovery Center is a peer-run program of NAMI Wayne and Holmes Counties offering support, social benefits, activities, projects, and programs for anyone recovering from a mental illness. They provide special activities that encourage social interaction with peers and offer supportive and educational opportunities that can strengthen coping and life skills.

MOCA House is a drop-in center, and all programs are free and open to the public. Family support groups are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
